The approved name, logo, colours and typography are documented.
Image, icon, font and template rights are confirmed.
People and project visuals have permission records.
Old or rejected assets are clearly identified.

The website has one clear primary job.
Important pages and calls to action work on mobile.
Contact details are accurate and tested.
Privacy, cookie and form notices match the actual experience.

Measurement and delivery

The business goal and meaningful measures are agreed.
Analytics access and consent behaviour are understood.
A named owner reviews enquiries and results.
The first improvement after launch has an owner and date.
